History of Peace (hwpl)

In the tapestry of time, where anguish and strife reside,

A beacon of hope emerged, casting light far and wide.

In the annals of history, a chapter yet untold,

Unfolds the tale of peace, a story to behold.

In the depths of human suffering, a veteran's heart bled,

Man Hee Lee, a warrior scarred, with peace's mantra he tread.

He witnessed the ravages of war's relentless fire,

And vowed to extinguish its flames with a burning desire.

From the depths of his soul, HWPL was born,

Heavenly Culture, World Peace, a vision forlorn.

With unwavering faith and resolute might,

He embarked on a journey to guide us toward the light.

Through tumultuous storms and trials untold,

HWPL's history of peace began to unfold.

The Declaration of Peace, a testament profound,

Etching the principles of harmony on peace's sacred ground.

In the realm of diplomacy, HWPL reached out its hand,

Building bridges between nations, uniting the grand.

Leaders and luminaries, across borders they came,

Gathering as one, in peace's sacred name.

A symphony of voices, resounding in unison,

Echoing the call for peace, from horizon to horizon.

With interfaith dialogue, religions entwined,

In harmony they sang, a melody divine.

The youth, the dreamers, the architects of tomorrow,

HWPL embraced them, dispelling sorrow.

Empowered they stood, with hope in their eyes,

Bearing the torch of peace, reaching for the skies.

In conflict's barren landscapes, HWPL ventured,

Planting seeds of understanding, where hatred had entered.

War-torn nations embraced, in a dance of redemption,

Rebuilding the ruins with love and exemption.

Through virtual realms, in a digital age,

HWPL's reach expanded, turning the page.

Online peace activities, a testament to adapt,

Connecting hearts and minds, regardless of the map.

HWPL's history of peace, an odyssey of change,

Transforming hearts and minds, across every range.

From the ashes of despair, a phoenix takes flight,

Bringing solace to souls, extinguishing the night.

In the tapestry of time, where peace finds its place,

HWPL stands tall, a symbol of grace.

May its legacy endure, an eternal flame,

Guiding humanity's journey, peace as its aim.

In this realm of hopes and dreams, let us unite,

Embrace HWPL's vision, let love ignite.

For in the history of peace, we are eternally entwined,

Hand in hand, forging a future, gentle and kind.

  1. This is a beautiful post. The fact that one of the five member states of the UN Security Council has launched an invasion of a neighbouring country without repercussions proves that international law and its implementation is weak and in need of reform. The DPCW is the only hope for the cessation of all global hostilities.

I sincerely hope the required number of signatures in support of the DPCW can be gathered and submitted to the UN as soon as possible for ratification as international peace law. Any member state heads who oppose it only expose to their people their desire for war.

I am encouraged by the words of Viktor Yushchenko, former President of Ukraine, who recently said the following:-
“The DPCW is a perfect and balanced document that can be the basis of solidarity for peacekeeping in all countries of the world. I think all the leaders of the countries should support the DPCW."

    May peace prevail!

A mouse 🐭

A “mouse” was put at the top of a jar filled with grains. He was so happy to find so much food around him that no longer he felt the need to run around searching for food and now he could happily live his life. After a few days of enjoying the grains, he reached the bottom of the jar. Now he was trapped and he couldn't get out of it. He now has to solely depend upon someone to put grains in the same jar for him to survive. He also may not get the grain of his choice and he cannot choose either. Here are a few lessons to learn from this: 1) Short term pleasures can lead to long-term traps (living on benefits/furlough/spoilt by parents perhaps?). 2) If things are coming easy and you are getting comfortable, you are getting trapped into dependency. 3) When you are not using your skills, you will lose more than your skills. You lose your CHOICES and FREEDOM. 4) Freedom does not come easy but can be lost very quickly. NOTHING comes easily in life and if it comes easily, m...
