In March, HWPL (Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light, Chairman ManHee Lee) held the 7th Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW) in several continents, including Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas.
